Sham : (noun)

1 ) Person who pretends to be what he is not

He claims to know all about computers but really he is a sham.

2 ) Thing, feeling, etc…that is not what one pretends it to be

Her love was sham. She really wanted his money.

3 ) Pretence

What he says is all sham.

He shammed illness.

Shame : (noun)

1 ) Painful feeling caused by wrong, dishonorable, improper or ridiculous behavior

He felt shame at having told a lie.

You should hang your head in shame.

He is completely without shame.

3 ) Dishonor

He brought shame on himself by doing something unworthy.

4 ) Person or thing that causes shame or unworthy

It is a shame to take money from those who can not afford it.
