Rant : (verb)

1 ) Speak loudly, violently or theatrically
He ranted at me about my mistakes.
This actor rants his lines.
Rent : (noun)
(
1 ) Regular payment made for use of land, premises, telephones, etc…
Sum paid in this way
He owes me one month’s rent.
He is two months behind with the rent.
Non-payment of rent can mean eviction.
Rents are going up again.
