Jog : (verb)

( 1 ) Push or knock someone / something slightly

Do not jug me.


( 2 ) Run slowly and steadily for a time for physical exercise

He goes jogging every morning.



Jog : (noun)

( 1 ) Nudge, slight push, knock and shake

He gave the pile of tins a jog and they all fell down.


( 2 ) Spell of jogging as exercise

Are you coming for a jog tomorrow morning?



Jug :

( 1 ) Deep vessel with a handle and a lid for holding and pouring liquids

Pour milk from the jug.

Use the jug to measure the water.


( 2 ) Amount of liquid contained in a jug

He spilled a whole jug of juice.
