1 ) Nudge, slight push, knock and shake
He gave the pile of tins a jog and they all fell down.

2 ) Spell of jogging as exercise

Jug :
(
1 ) Deep vessel with a handle and a lid for holding and pouring liquids
Pour milk from the jug.
Use the jug to measure the water.

2 ) Amount of liquid contained in a jug
He spilled a whole jug of juice.
