Feel : (verb)

( 2 ) Sense, be award of something physical or emotional

( 3 ) Be in the specified physical, emotional or moral state

Fill : (verb)
( 1 ) Make something full of something
He filled the hole with sand.
Smoke filled the room.
( 2 ) Hold a position
She fills the post satisfactorily.
( 3 ) Appoint someone to a position
The vacancy has been filled.
