Cession : (noun)
( 1 ) Action of ceding something especially land or rights
We shall never agree to the cession of Kashmir to Pakistan.
( 2 ) Thing that is ceded especially lands
Session : (noun)
( 1 ) Meeting or series of meeting of a parliament, law court, etc…for discussing or deciding something
Parliament is in session.
( 2 ) School or university year
( 3 ) Single continuous period spent in one activity
She was present at the recording session.
