Breach : (noun)
( 1 ) Breaking or neglect of a law, an agreement, a duty, etc…
There was a breach of contract.

( 2 ) Break in friendly relation between people or groups
There was a breach of diplomatic relations between the two countries.

Breech :
( 1 ) Back part of a gun barrel where the bullet or shell is placed
It is a breech-loading gun.
