What is the difference between Beach and Beech? :


Beach :

( 1 ) Stretch of sand or pebbles along the edge of the sea or a lake – shore between high and low water marks

Hundreds of holiday-makers were sunbathing on the beach.

We had a walk along the beach.



Beech :

( 1 ) Type of tree with smooth bark, shiny leaves and small triangular nuts

Cricket bats are made of beech woods.
