Example-3
The average arithmetic mean if 12 and 20 is equal to the average of arithmetic mean of 15 and X.
Column A : X
Column B : 16
Answer
From the information, we can deduce that X + 15 = 12 + 20
X + 15 = 32
X = 32 -15
X = 17
X > 16
So, the answer is A.
