Make A Graph

We all know what a graph is. It is a diagram showing the relationship between quantities. We see the weather report in newspapers everyday. It shows the maximum and minimum temperature.

You can also make a graph.

First, draw the axis of a graph. On the horizontal axis make 10 divisions. Mark them as days. Write the date as well. Make a five-degree division on the vertical axis. This will represent the temperature. Mark the maximum temperature for each day with green pencil. Next mark the minimum temperature with yellow pencil. Join the lines using the green pencil for the maximum temperature and the yellow pencil for the minimum temperature. Your graph, showing the maximum and the minimum temperature for ten days, is ready.
