Dearest Namita,

Your nostalgic letter brought tears to my eyes. I am longing to see you and our kids now.

Yesterday I approached the big boss of our company and expressed my desire to take a month’s break. I was surprised to hear from him that I am entitled to take two months break after each year of service and the salary would be paid for those two months. I am also entitled for return economy class airfare home.

I am arriving home on the 16th of this month. I shall let you know on phone about the exact time of arrival at the air port. Do come with the kids to receive me.

Tell the kids that I bring lots of toys and chocolates for them.
