Sentence :


A sentence is a group of words that makes a complete sense.

A sentence is a complete thought.

A sentence always begins with a capital letter.


Examples :

1. The boy is drinking.

2. Mother bakes the cake well.

3. She is buying a new dress.

4. The cat is chasing the mouse.

Kinds of Sentences :


There are four kinds of sentences.

1. Assertive Sentence (or) Statement Sentence

2. Interrogative Sentence

3. Exclamatory Sentence

4. Imperative Sentence
