Breach : noun : failure to carry out the terms of an agreement

Breach of Contract = failing to do something which is in a contract

• The company is in breach of contract = it has failed to carry out the duties of the contract.

Breach of Warranty = supplying goods which do not meet the standards of the warranty applied to them
